Naples Honey Company was established in 1999 by Tom May, a cellist in the Naples Philharmonic.  As a first anniversary present Tom's wife Kirsten decided to give Tom a beehive.  You may think this is kind of a strange gift, but Tom is actually a third generation beekeeper who spends most summers in Illinois tending to the bees at his father and brother's "Sunny Hill Honey" farm. Since 1999 Tom has spent much of his time growing his apiary, up to 120 hives, and selling his delicious "Naples Finest Honey" at many local Farmer's Markets.  Three days a week you can find Tom, his wife Kirsten, at local markets stretching from Estero to Marco Island.

On Wednesday come on down to Veterans Park on Marco Island where the market runs 7:30-1:00. Every Wednesday from November 16, 2016 through April 25, 2017.

On Thursday's starting October 6,2016 come see us at the Coconut Point Mall in Estero, from 9-1, near the Panera restaurant.

And on Saturdays you can find us at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Farmer's Market, 3901 Davis Blvd, just east of Airport Rd. From 8-12, beginning on November 14  2015 through April 26, 201

Naples is a unique area for all kinds of wonderful tasting honey. Local honey is said to help cure the symptoms of many allergies. Our bees never leave southwest Florida and always bring in the best quality honey for every taste bud.

In the Spring there is the fabulous Orange Blossom with its great aroma and sweet citrus taste.
Later on in the spring we have the Saw Palmetto a favorite with many locals, it comes from the palm plants in the area.
The summer Wildflower is a rich combination of all the summer plants including cabbage palm, malaluca and spanish needle. This past year we put bees in Rookery Bay, near Marco Island, it produced the most delicious honey I have ever tasted. A sweet combination of Saw Palmetto and Black Mangrove.

Naples Finest Honey is also available at many local stores including Wynn's, Lucky's, Nature's Garden, South Naples Citrus Grove, and the Flamingo Island Flea Market.

Thank you for visiting our website. We hope to see you at one of our markets.
